Also download our Christmas menu for 2011 by double clicking on (XXX).HAMILTON COSMOPOLITAN CLUB RULES/GUIDELINES FOR FUNCTIONS These Rules/Guidelines are laid out to help the smooth running of your Function here at the Hamilton Cosmopolitan Club. BOOKINGS Bookings must be confirmed two weeks prior to the event. Room Hire and Special Licence must be paid when you confirm your booking. What is a Special Licence? It is an authority given by the council to the Club to hold events Outside their normal parameters, and must be a one off event and applies to non-members. Room Hireage Fee is $110 for Members and $220 for Non-Members. Deposits are returnable only if notice of cancellation is given one week prior to the confirmed event date. Number of guests attending your function and your menu choice of either Buffet or Finger Food are required 10 days prior to your event. All guests attending who don’t belong to our Club must be named on a list provided one week prior to the event, to cover sign in criteria. On request all guests under the age of 24 must be able to provide suitable ID to prove eligibility to consume alcohol. Caterer requires final numbers 5 days prior to the event. Confirmed Numbers to the Caterer is what you will be charged for. Final payment must be made on the night of the event. |
