How to become a club member of the Hamilton Cosmopolitan Club

Complete the nomination form and hand this into the club reception along with the subscription

due as per the date of joining (see below the scale of cost to join).

The application is processed and a photo ID club card produced quickly as possible by reception staff.

Please note that a three month trial period will need to be served as outlined below.

Types of membership Available

Ordinary Membership

Males and females of at least the Legal Drinking Age may apply to become Ordinary members of

the Club in accordance with the following:

The candidate shall pay at the time of application the annual subscription due,

serve a three month probation period

and complete an application form.

Junior Membership

Be between twelve (12) years and the legal drinking Age.

Subscription shall be a third of a full club membership.

Junior member may not sign in visitors, vote, hold office and

may be limited to reciprocal visiting rights dependant on the reciprocal club and their rules

Life Membership

Life membership may be awarded to any member for exceptional service rendered to or

on behalf of the Club:

Country Membership

Must live outside a 50 kilometre radius of the Hamilton Cosmopolitan Club.

Subscription shall be a third of a full club membership.

Long Service Membership

Must have served as a member of the Hamilton Cosmopolitan Club continuously

 for a period of 20 years.

Subscription shall be two thirds of a full club membership.

Scale of Cost to Join

Any new member annual subscription is on a pro-rata quarterly basis in the first year of membership.

members joining between the dates of;

1^st April – 30 June is the full $50.00

1^st July – 30^th September is ¾ sub of $37.50

1^st October – 31^st December is ½ sub of $25.00

1^st January – 31 March is ¼ sub of $12.50
